The first River Lea Catchment Conference explored  how the River Lea Catchment Partnership has been working to restore, conserve and enhance the River Lea and its tributaries for people and wildlife.

A number of regional expert presented their findings and plans for the River Lea Catchment including individuals from the Living Rivers Project, Chilterns Hertfordshire and Middlesex Riverfly Hub, River Beane Restoration Association, The Environment Agency, Affinity Water and the Lea Valley Nature Improvement Area.

The event was a fantastic evening of knowledge sharing, networking and looking to our catchment’s future.
