About the event

Join Herts and Middlesex Bat Group at Panshanger Park for a guided introduction to the world of bats. Following a short introductory talk you will be shown how to use a simple bat detector. We will then explore the different habitats of Panshanger Park and see how various bat species use them. Through the use of the detectors we will be able to "hear" the bat as they hunt for their insect prey!

The walk will take approximately 1.5-2 hours.

Suitable for adults, families and children ages 8 plus.

This event is weather dependent and may need to be cancelled at short notice.
