Your support as a member of Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust is invaluable. It is only through the continued support of our wonderful members like you that we are able to protect the wonderful wildlife across the two counties - thank you.
On this page you can manage your membership using the dropdown section below, plus find out more about our local conservation projects and campaigns, as well as upcoming events so that you can start exploring your beautiful local wildlife.Â

Update your contact information
To update your contact details please email membership@hmwt.org or speak to one of our friendly membership team on 01727 858901 (select Option 1). Please include your old contact details so that we can locate your membership record and your new ones. Â
Change your bank account details
We can change your bank account details over the phone. Please ring our membership team on 01727 858901 (select Option 1) and we can arrange this for you.
Change your membership payment amount
If you would like to upgrade or change your membership amount, please let us know the new monthly/annual amount that you would like to pay by emailing membership@hmwt.org or speak to one of our friendly membership team on 01727 858901 (select Option 1).
The ongoing support of our members is crucial to the Trust and helps us to protect local wildlife and wild places.
Do I need a membership card?
We no longer produce membership cards as all our sites are free to access and you will not need to prove that you are a member to visit them. The one exception is Hillfield Park Reservoir, information is detailed below about how to access this site.
Hillfield Park Reservoir
Members wishing to request access need to contact info@hmwt.org to arrange a short-term key loan, please include your address in this email so that we can locate your membership record. Keys can only be collected and returned to the office on either a Tuesday or a Wednesday.
Gift Aid your donation
If you are a UK taxpayer, the value of your donation can be increased by 25% under the Gift Aid scheme at no extra cost to you. This means that for every £4 you donate, we can add an extra £1, and it doesn't cost you a penny!
