Helping to build a Living Landscape
Working to achieve the best outcome for wildlife
We work to create an environment rich in wildlife for everyone across Hertfordshire and Middlesex.
We do this by caring for nature reserves, advising landowners and land managers on how to manage their land for wildlife and through lobbying and influencing decision-makers to make the best choices for nature.
We comment on planning applications, give advice to planning authorities and campaign to protect wildlife from threats. We deliver results for wildlife by working with partner organisations, to have the greatest impact.
All of this work helps us in building a Living Landscape, where nature is fully valued and close to us in all of our lives, whether we live in the towns or the countryside.
