About the event

Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust have partnered with Lee and Stort Boat Co Ltd to offer a unique morning wildlife cruise on the River Lea, passing by the beautiful King’s Meads Nature Reserve.

Settle in for a 90 minute cruise onboard this comfortable boat, equipped with toilet facilities and a fully stocked refreshments bar. We will cruise through Ware to the Lee Navigation, which passes the Trust’s Amwell Nature Reserve. Along the way, learn about the river and navigation from our Living Rivers Officer.  Learn about what lies beneath the water, as well as help spot what wildlife can be found along the water margins. 

Suitable for all ages. 

Proceeds from this event will go towards supporting the work of Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust.

Children (under 16): £8
Infants (under 12months): Free (must sit on adult's lap)
