Due to lack of previous take-up, we will not be offering a livestream of the AGM this year.
Updates to Articles of Association
Following the Royal Society of Wildlife Trust’s (“RSWT”) updated guidance on their template Articles of Association last Summer, we have taken the opportunity to review our Articles of Association against this updated form. While we have concluded that our Articles remain sound and fit for purpose we have identified a few minor areas that would benefit from modernising, clarifying and updating.
Below is a brief explanation of the more substantive changes, the Revised Articles of Association, plus a version of the Revised Articles of Association highlighting the changes:

Note Charity Commission approval is not required because no ‘regulated alterations’ are being made (i.e. no changes are being made to the Trust’s purposes or objects, how assets are to be distributed or benefits provided to Trustees).
AGM Papers for Review
Members are welcome to view the Trustees Report and Financial Statement, Annual Review and AGM 2024 Minutes in advance of the meeting and submitting proxy vote forms.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 is available to view in advance.
Please note the AGM is only open to current members of Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust. If you would like to attend please join here.
We kindly ask that you book a place if you wish to attend so that we can ensure we are keeping to the venues capacity.
Please note the talks are not aimed at children, but children are very welcome to attend as long as a place has been booked for them.
