10.00am:  AGM Registration

10.30am:  Annual General Meeting 2018

11.30am:  The formal AGM is followed immediately by two short talks - "Harpenden Working with Wildlife" and "Changing Times for Dragonflies"

12.00:       Light lunch

1.00pm:    Optional guided walks to nearby River Lea

Short walk - 1 hour duration  - join local Riverfly Champion and Ranger for the Meads, Patrick McNeill.  He'll take you on a short walk to the River Lea and put the river into context of the Meads, explaining how this is managed, including the Local Wildlife Site and Community Orchard.

Long walk - 2 hour duration  - join our new Living Rivers Officer, Sarah and Conservation Manager, Tim, for a longer walk along the River Lea.  They will be explaining the importance of our globally rare chalk streams in Hertfordshire and we hope to spot dragonflies, birds and more along the way!
