About the event

Take a peaceful walk through Harpenden Common, with a focus on being fully present in the natural surroundings and enjoying an awareness through all your senses. You will be guided through a series of activities to help you practice the skill of mindfulness.

Suitable for adults only.

This is an event organised and led by Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust staff.
