About the event

Join us for a two hour event introducing how to identify trees in their summer state.

Volunteer Andy Holtham will present a 90 minute guide on how to identify trees in summer using keys, books and guides. Learn about how leaf shape, bark types, thorns, flowers and other identifying marks will assist you in correctly identifying the broad-leaved trees most commonly found in Hertfordshire.

We will be sharing identification handouts and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

Presenter:  Andy Holtham, HMWT Volunteer

Aimed at adults but all ages welcome.

The webinar platform (Demio) does not require a download and you can view the workshop from your laptop, tablet or mobile device (laptop is recommended for the easiest viewing experience).  You will not be visible at any time and can interact and ask questions through the chat function.
