Trust Members are invited to join us at All Nations Christian College to learn about our achievements over the last year and our exciting plans for the future.

Annual General Meeting 2021
During the AGM, you will be invited to vote on proposed amendments to the Articles of Association

Trust Talk
Wilder St Albans by Heidi Carruthers, People and Wildlife Officer 

Light Lunch

1pm - 3pm:    
Afternoon activities - you can either join a 2 hour guided walk, or stay at the venue for a couple of Trust Talks

  • guided walk to Amwell Nature Reserve (this walk will cover approx. 3-4 miles and may include uneven ground)
  • Trust Talks - 
    • 1pm    Majesty of the Meads by Dave Willis, People and Wildlife Officer
    • 2pm   Barbastelle Bats Update by Matt Dodds, Planning & Biodiversity Manager

Members Unable to Attend

Members who are unable to attend the event can submit a Proxy Vote.  All proxy vote forms must be submitted to the Trust by end of business on 15th September.  Notes on voting can be found at the bottom of this page.

We will be live-streaming the AGM business and members can register to watch using the option in the booking form below.  Please note that voting will not be available via the online option and a proxy vote will need to be completed in advance.  (Proxy voting has now closed)

AGM Papers for Review

Members are welcome to view the Trustees Report and Financial Statement, Annual Review and AGM 2020 Minutes in advance of the meeting and submitting proxy vote forms.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021 is available to view in advance.

Please note the AGM is only open to current members of Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust. If you would like to attend please join here.

Bookings will close to registrations for the in-person event at midnight on 12th September.  The online option will remain open until 10.30am on 18th September.

The AGM will cost the Trust approximately £5 per person to deliver and any assistance with this cost is very much appreciated.
