About the event

Get out into nature this summer and join us for a volunteering work session for 18-30 year olds.

In this session, you'll be meadow raking at our King's Meads Nature Reserve. It's one of our largest reserves, lying between Hertford and Ware. It’s home to a wide variety of wildlife where wetlands and grasslands are crossed by waterways and consists of several Meads (water meadows).

A chance to get outside, meet others with an interest in nature and learn new skills.

Appropriate clothing and suitable study footwear (closed toed, not made of canvas) are required. Tools will be provided.
