Join us for a fascinating guided walk through one of Hertfordshire’s best sites for fungi – Astonbury Wood. Led by a member of the Herts and Beds Fungi Group, this is a unique opportunity to explore the woodland and learn about some of the incredible fungi species that thrive here in autumn.
The walk will be approximately 1.5 miles (2.4km) in length and almost all within Astonbury Wood. The paths can be very wet and muddy at this time of year, suitable boots or wellies are advised! The weather can also be chilly so please wrap up warm!
