About the event

Come and take an in depth look at the different habitats and wildlife of our King's Meads reserve, a wetland oasis in an urban area. With the Lottery funded Majesty of the Meads project coming to an end this year, find out what work we've done to improve the site and what we hope to do into the future to continue to provide sanctuary for wildlife.

Suitable for adults and children ages 10 plus.

Please note this walk is 1 - 1.5 miles and the terrain is uneven. Areas can be slippery after rain. Some parts of the reserve are quite steep and might be difficult for those with restricted mobility.

This event is weather dependent and may need to be cancelled at short notice.
