About the event

Nestled between Chenies and Latimer, in the heart of the Chess Valley, Frogmore Meadows is a rare, traditionally managed wildflower meadow bursting with life. In spring, the air is filled with birdsong; by summer, the landscape transforms into a vibrant tapestry of colour.

Join our knowledgeable Reserves Officer, Sam, for an engaging guided walk exploring why this remarkable site is so important for local nature conservation. Along the way, you’ll look out for an array of wildflowers, insects and birdlife that make Frogmore truly special, and at this time of year, you may even be lucky enough to spot orchids in bloom.

This walk is perfect for nature lovers, those wanting to find out more about conservation at our reserves or anyone wanting to connect more deeply with the local landscape.

Please note: Frogmore is steep and hilly, with uneven terrain which can often be muddy. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome.
